Services included when sending in your assembled firearm:
When you send Tactical Guardian your complete firearm, you can be certain that it will be thoroughly gone through from top to bottom. When the firearm first comes in our doors, our licensed and certified Gunsmith does an initial inspection to see if there are any obvious issues and if parts or a certain color of Cerakote needs to be ordered. This is done within the first 24 hours of the gun coming in.Once it has been logged in and initially inspected, the firearm is loaded into our schedule and the process really begins. If your firearm is to be Cerakoted, our Gunsmith will completely disassemble the firearm while inspecting each part for damage or abnormal wear. If any is found, the customer will be advised before further work is done. After the gunsmithing and/or Cerakoting is complete, the same gunsmith that began your project will be the same one to reassemble the firearm. Having been reassembled and depending on the issues and depth of the project, the gun will either be test fired or function tested.Only after we are completely satisfied with our work and the look and function of your firearm will you be called to let you know your firearm is ready to go.Rest assured that we treat every gun like it is our own: Like it will be needed in a life-or-death situation, that once in a lifetime trophy shot, or simply an extremely dependable gun on the range.
Parts only disclaimer
If you just want to send in parts of your firearm and not the compete gun, that’s fine by us. Be aware that because we cannot test fire the completed firearm, Tactical Guardian LLC takes no liability in the serviceability or function of the completed firearm or firearm parts once assembled.
Sending in non-serialized parts can save you time and money but on certain tight-tolerance firearms it may not be the best idea. If you have concerns, please contact us here.
